Zdenka Srodzinski, MSc.
My name in Zdenka Srodzinski and my journey to homeopathy started with the arrival of my kids.
My daughter suffered from never ending coughs, being treated with several courses of antibiotics every winter but without lasting effect. She was eventually diagnosed with asthma at the age of 2,5. She also suffered from frequent ear infections and several food allergies (eggs, milk and peanuts).
My son was, at the age of 6 months, diagnosed with a relatively rare blood disorder called an autoimmune neutropenia. In the first year of his life, he had antibiotics 6x (2 of which were given intravenously, having to be hospitalised). Out of desperation, I started searching alternative approaches and found homeopathy.
Since starting a homeopathic treatment, both my son and my daughter have not had a single course of antibiotics again (7 years +), reversing their diagnosis. I will talk more about my kids’ health journey in my blog section.

I started learning and practicing homeopathy which also enabled me and my family to manage our health concerns at home with the homeopathic first aid kit. Our GP and pharmacy visits have shrank to a minimum and I felt empowered because I had this fantastic tool to hand.
Seeing a homeopath for my own chronic ailments, mainly Hashimoto disease, has been helping me to overcome my long-term health challenges (I will be sharing some my own healing journey in my blog section).
I was hooked! I realised that our bodies have this unbelievable ability to heal and repair themselves and homeopathy provides the key to the lock of self-healing.
I couldn’t stay away from homeopathy and it started my passionate journey to helping others.
I currently study at the prestigious CHE (Centre for Homeopathic Education) London in my 4th year and I practice with full supervision of experienced tutors. My previous education includes master degree (MSc.) in economics.
I have a huge passion for wellbeing, spirituality, yoga and healthy cooking. I am originally from the Czech Republic, having lived in the UK for over 20 years now, I still love going back, visiting my family and friends.
When I was younger I didn't like my name, Zdenka. It is quite an old-fashioned, traditional Czech name and it is not the easiest name to pronounce for non-Czech speaking people. However, the older I get, the more I like my name which was given to me after my amazing grandmother Zdenka. It is derived from the latin name Sidony which means "woman from Sidon" (Sidon was an ancient city). In Czech, the meaning of Zdenka is "the one creating glory" or "the one celebrating her work". I really hope I will be fulfilling both of these meanings with my homeopathy work and I hope my grandma would be proud.
